Roya has been great with us. We moved over from our previous website provider because we were not seeing results and every time we would call, they would say we needed to pay more for service. Roya has not been that way at all. Every month they go over our stats and what the plan is for the next month. We have had Roya as our website host since spring of 2017. We love the fact that our website design is custom, not a template and that we own the site. Our doctors write articles for our newsletter on the site and it is very easy to edit and publish these articles. We do not have to have a Project Specialist do it for us. Once and article is written and published, it appears within minutes. Having unique content sets us apart from other veterinary sites and allows us to inform and educate our clients in a timely fashion. Any questions we have are answered immediately by Mallory. So glad we found Roya!

I work for a small, locally owned company with a fairly significant marketing budget (given the size of our staff). We have read countless marketing proposals and worked with dozens of digital marketing companies over the years. Most of these companies have effective sales departments and do quite well at talking the talk, but very few ever walk the walk once the schmoozing is done. Roya has been a pleasure to work with. Brandon and Ariel show genuine concern for our company, our marketing goals, and give priority to our most urgent issues. During the sales and proposal process, most digital marketing companies make you feel special, like a client that is actually valued. After the sale is complete, most companies drop off from a service standpoint and do not treat us like valued clients. If you are looking for an honest, reasonably priced digital marketing company that will dedicate the time and appreciation an excellent business requires, I recommend at least giving Roya a call. They have shared our sense of urgency from the beginning.
